Formerly known as Stockport Christian Counselling, we now have a new name.  

We are an independent Counselling Service run by local Christians who deliver Person Centred Counselling (as opposed to Christian Counselling) to anyone in the community. 

To reflect this, we felt Stockport Community Counselling was a better fit.

Our counsellors have trained and studied to obtain recognised counselling qualifications. Confidentiality is an essential part of the counselling process.
